The challenge

Each month, submit a comparison photo of a recent check-in vs an older one for a chance to win the Studio Era Icon title and a free month of your subscription.

Save your comparison photo

In the Studio Era app, pick two check-ins to compare and save the photo to your camera roll. We’ll walk you through it.

How periods work

What’s a transformation period?

A transformation period is how far back you’re comparing. Each period compares a recent check-in with an older one.

Your after photo must be a recent check-in. The older check-in can be from any previous month. You can enter multiple periods.

How to save your comparison photo

Your comparison photo is made in the Studio Era app from your check-ins. Save it to your camera roll first, then come back to upload. Here’s how, using a 1-month example.

Open Progress and Compare

Open the Studio Era app, head to the Progress tab, and tap Compare.

Tap the dates at the bottom

Tap the two dates at the bottom of the Compare screen to choose the check-ins you want to compare.

Pick a check-in from this month and an older one from the period you’re entering.

Tap Share Progress, then follow the prompts to save to your camera roll

Repeat for each angle

Front, side, and back are saved separately. Save each one to your camera roll. More angles give judges a fuller picture.
